Schedule for the Texas State Championship Race
at San Antonio Raceway October 22, 2011
Gates open at 8 AM.
Move in and set up: 8-10 AM for Vendors, Swap Meet, and Car Show.
Vendor Midway, Swap Meet, and Car Show open at 10 AM.
Track opens for Time Trials and Qualifying at 11 AM.
Live music begins at 12 Noon and continues throughout the day. Line-up includes the Vinyl 45’s, the Del-Vipers, and Sonny & the Starfires. Stage is between the Vendor Midway and Car Show.
Cacklefest, Memorial Ceremony, and Award Presentation at 7 PM.
Eliminations begin at 6 PM.
Overnight camping or parking is available in the SAR pit area Friday night prior to the race on Saturday for $10 per person. Sorry, but track rules do not allow free admission on Friday.
Admission wristband for track entry: $20; kids under 12 are always free
Tech inspection and classifying card for each car to race: $20
(May enter both Index and Bracket, and buy back in Bracket)
Car Show registration $20 Vendor Midway space $150
Swap Meet registration $20 for a 12’ X 20’ space

Free admission to the Swap Meet, Car Show, Vendor Midway,
Cacklefest, Live Music and all of the other activities at the
Texas State Championship race with your wristband.
